My 2016 wedding Photography Roundup: The Year Of A Thousand Smiles

What an incredible year 2016 turned out to be!  First of all, thank you to everyone, who made my year, beautiful and full of smiles, love and laughter.

If I look at the year from purely a personal and work perspective,  I will always look back with a huge amount of pride and achievement in my wedding photography work.

I met some really amazing and lovely people along the way, not only my awesome couples getting married, but their family and friends too,  their chosen wedding suppliers and I photographed at some beautiful venues; some I have worked at before and others were new to me for 2016.

I didn't want to make this a particularly 'wordy' post because if I started talking about each and every wedding, it would turn out to be an extremely lengthy post, and I feel that with all these images it is already quite a long post (earlier on in the year I posted a half year round up which can be viewed here).    I have spent about 10 days  scouring through 25 weddings and pre shoots, of around 60, 000 images, laughing and crying my way through them and reliving all the beautiful moments I was lucky enough to witness.  The below are a selection that I feel particularly proud of and emotionally connected to, please check back with me, because 2017 is going to be equally wonderful and I am full of optimism.  Thank you for everyone's continued support, you are all lovely!

To all my couples past and present, I really could not do this without you all and thank you most of all for just being yourselves and allowing me and my camera into your lives xx
